Certified Cyber Solutions was founded in 2009 by longtime Consumer Electronics veterans, Russ Pritchard and Doug Weinstein. Mr. Pritchard serves as CEO and oversees day-to-day company management, product and technical development and support. Mr. Weinstein serves as President and oversees global sales, marketing and public relations.

Mr. Pritchard has been the owner for 25 years of Charleston-based Audio Warehouse, a founding member of the CEDIA trade organization (Custom Electronics Design and Integration Association) and an award-winning custom electronics design and integration firm. Mr. Pritchard is actively involved in continuing education for the AIA (American Institute of Architects) and is an authority on residential electronic system design and integration. Mr. Pritchard is also the Chairman and founding board member of ASCEND Foundation, a non-profit charity whose mission is to end cancer by empowering people nationally to speak out about cancer in order to make it a national priority.

Mr. Weinstein has served in various senior management positions with over 25 years experience in consumer and prosumer electronics, including positions at Japan Victor Corporation, Vitec Group, Eber Electronics and Cinepro. Mr. Weinstein is a Certified CEDIA Instructor and Subject Matter Expert and teaches various business-related courses for the trade organization CEDIA (Custom Electronics Design and Integration Association), as well as for national consumer electronic distributors and custom integration firms. Mr. Weinstein is also involved in a national non-profit charity benefitting children; he serves as the President and founder of the Elf Foundation, an organization which creates Room of Magic entertainment theaters in children’s hospitals across North America.
